A concentrated blend of coconut, lime, ginger and chillies

Recipe for Coconut Rundown Chicken 3-4 Chicken breast fillet cut into strips, Yabba Coconut Rundown Sauce, 5 tbsp Double cream, Dash of oil, salt, pepper and thyme. Fry chicken in oil on both sides until cooked through. Add sauce and cream to chicken, stirring over a low heat until dissolved. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Coconut Rundown is excellent when added to sauted fresh vegetables or mixed wild mushrooms following the same steps above. Serve with rice and fresh pineapple rings.
