Garlic & Lime Marinade
Fresh garlic and lime release the senses with this slightly tangy marinade
Tips for using:
Add a dash of oil to the marinade to help ingredients adhere better. Lightly season with salt & pepper. Marinade meat for 2 hours or overnight. Seafood and vegetables should not be marinated for more than one hour. To marinate frozen food put meat or vegetables directly from the freezer into the marinade cover and refrigerate until defrosted, use as required. Grill, bake or barbeque until cooked through.
